This versatile digital print solution can handle one of the widest ranges of substrates on the market from NCR sets, synthetic polyester materials such as Teslin (for waterproof print applications), semi rigid plastics, envelopes to board stocks up to 600 microns thick.
Setting new standards in cost flexibility and speed, the Intec EPP550 produces high quality color output at up to 3,300 DL envelopes per hour or up to 40 A4 pages per minute on a wide range of media types and weights. It comes complete with a robust printer cabinet, professional compact envelope feeder and a digital multi-media delivery stacker. The real advantage of EPP550 is the winning combination of the Intec Large Envelope Feeder and the Intec Shingling Conveyor for quality checking and packing.
The small foot print envelope feeder uses an innovative ‘floating’ delivery table which makes switching between your day to day digital work and envelopes quick and easy. Envelopes are fed from the bottom of the stack using a friction feed delivery system enabling you to refill the envelope stack from the top, as the envelope hopper becomes low, making it ideal for uninterrupted digital print runs of color envelopes. After imaging the shingling conveyor with variable speed settings, collects your printed product for quality checking and packing.
